Tito’s Handmade Vodka was first brought to my attention by a guest in the hotel that I currently bartend at.  Being a huge fan of Austin and a regular visitor, I just knew that I would like it by default but I couldn’t have known how popular it would become with my customers!  After 12 years behind the bar, I think the secret to staying happy and keeping people drinking at your bar is to have fun and make people smile!  I’m lucky enough to work at a place that allows me to experiment and play, so I came up with a few cocktails that are relatively simple but unique.  I’ve enjoyed watching my hometown of Minneapolis embrace new food and beverage experiences, and I’m happy to bring a little bit of Austin into the mix!
