Our take on this sophisticated Italian apéritif. The elderflower adds some softness to the bitter notes (and Tito’s Handmade Vodka makes it extra smooth).

Ingredients:

5 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka

5 oz Campari Bitters

5 oz elderflower liqueur

Method:

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass or shaker with ice. Shake and pour over ice into rocks glass.
