4-5 tbsp Oolong tea per liter of vodka
1 mango chopped or 2 oranges peeled
Using a tea bag or cheesecloth, add tea to the infusion jar or straight into bottle.
Add mango or thinly peeled orange rind, avoiding the bitter white pith layer.
Let infuse 2 days, stirring and/or shaking at least once a day to ensure the infusion is well mixed.
If desired, adjust to your preferred sweetness by adding more mangos each day.
Serve your infused Tito’s straight up on ice or enjoy it mixed with sparkling mineral water, lemonade, and/or tea.
