Initially planning to work a short stint as a barback, Kris realized that there was a lot going on in the cocktail world and put his heart into the business, spending countless hours on his new-found craft. His philosophy is to always use fresh ingredients, the finest spirits, and to uphold the importance of a balanced cocktail. His passion and motivation to give his guests the best experience is second to none.
