Roni Pervizi
Roni Pervizi comes from Brooklyn, New York but is now based in Portland, Oregon where he bartends at Men’s Bar after nearly two decades in the business. Pervizi as born and raised in Brookyln but his family moved to Croatia and lived there for 8 years starting when he was 11. Roni likes to create cocktails with what is in season locally and says his creations are inspired by the people he is making drinks for. He likes to be able to read his clientele and feels that half the experience is leaving a bar feeling special after a perfect cocktail was made just for you.
Ingredients:
For Infusion:
Whole pineapple
3 Jalapeño peppers
1 liter bottle of Tito’s Handmade Vodka
For cocktail:
2 oz of the infused Tito’s Handmade Vodka
.5 oz Cointreau
.5 oz Lime juice
1oz Pomegranate juice
Shake and strain in Martini glass
Method:
Infusion: Chop a whole pineapple into pieces and grill
Slice 3 Jalapeño peppers
Place inside a 1 liter bottle of Tito’s Handmade Vodka
Let ingredients infuse for a few days in a jar.

Shake and strain the infused Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Cointreau, lime juice and pomegranate juice
Shake and strain
Garnish: Piece of marinated pineapple, Jalapeño and lime wedge
Ingredients:
1 oz Thai Chili Infused Tito’s Handmade Vodka
(leave 2 dried chili peppers in a liter for a half hour and test heat level from there)
.25 oz fresh squeezed lemon
.5 oz Passion Fruit puree or juice
.25 Chestnut Honey ( or any honey)
Method:
Shake and strain, top off with Prosseco
Garnish: Chili pepper or lemon twist for garnish
Glass: Champagne glass
Ingredients:
4 to 5 Purple Basil sprigs
3 to 4 lime wedges
2 Pure cane sugar cubes
Add 2 oz Tito’s Vodka
Method:
Muddle 4 to 5 Purple Basil sprigs with the 3 to 4 lime wedges and 1 pure cane sugar cube
Add 2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
Rim the glass with pure cane sugar
Shake and strain over crushed ice
Garnish: Purple basil sprig
Glass: rocks
Glass: Martini glass
