Our vintage gimlet, made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka and fresh lime juice, is a little bit tangy, a little bit sweet, and perfectly refreshing.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup OR 1 tsp sugar

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Variations:

Rosemary Gimlet
Muddle 2.5 oz of Tito’s Handmade Vodka, 1 tsp of rosemary infused simple syrup (use approximately 2 sprigs per half cup of syrup) and 3 wedges of fresh lime in a shaker with ice, strain into a cocktail glass.
